Information we collect
This site carries no form. The information we hold comes from the emails you send us: name, email address, company, and anything you choose to include in your message.
Purposes
This information is used solely to answer your request, prepare a conversation and, where applicable, put together a commercial proposal. It is never sold, rented or shared for advertising purposes.
Retention
Exchanges with no commercial follow-up are kept for twenty-four months, then deleted. Documents tied to a contractual relationship follow the applicable statutory retention periods.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics trackers. Should that change, an opt-in consent mechanism, refusing by default, would be put in place before anything is stored.
Your rights
Under Quebec private-sector privacy law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information concerning you, and withdraw your consent. Write to contact@agence-deliver.ca; we respond within thirty days.
