Why you’re reading this

Email almost always underperforms for the same reasons.

Three symptoms we find in every diagnostic. All fixable, once you understand the architecture underneath.

01

Your automations haven’t moved since setup

They still run because the product is good. Not because the sequence is. 40% of the potential is left on the table.

02

Your campaigns get written Tuesday for Wednesday

No plan, no target segment, no revenue goal. Just “send something this week”.

03

Your list has learned to wait for the discount

Years of promotions have trained your customers to never buy at full price. It’s fixable. But not with one more email.

Your emails aren’t a side channel. They’re a revenue line.

02 / Approach

Four phases. One logic: what we send has to pay off.

No phase starts before the previous one is validated. No send goes out without a revenue number attached upfront.

  1. 01 / Audit

    5 days

We map what every stage of the customer relationship earns you. We put a number on what you’re leaving on the table.

  2. 02 / Build

    6 to 8 weeks

We rebuild the automations that matter: welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, loyalty. Each one with a revenue target attached.

  3. 03 / Run

    Monthly

Weekly campaigns, SMS, web push, in French and English. One plan a month. An expected revenue for every send.

  4. 04 / Scale

    4 to 6 months

First owned revenue milestone hit. We document it, systemize it, and train your in-house team once you have one.

Before / After

The same store. Two ways to run email.

Email on gut feel

  • Campaigns get written Tuesday for Wednesday
  • Automations have run since setup, never touched since
  • One more promo the moment revenue dips
  • The whole list gets the same message, in the same language
  • You watch the open rate and hope

Email run by Deliver

  • One plan a month, an expected revenue for every send
  • Flows rebuilt and optimized on an ongoing basis
  • Segmentation by value, recency, behavior and language
  • The right message, to the right person, at the right time
  • You track the revenue generated, not the open rate

03 / Offer

Email, run as a monthly retainer.

A dedicated team. A monthly plan. Clear reporting on what it earns you.

Deliver retainer

06 / Questions

What we get asked all the time.

Which tools do you work with?
Klaviyo and Brevo, mainly. They are the two best suited to ecommerce brands, and we know them deeply.
Do you handle CASL and Law 25 compliance?
We turn the decisions your organisation validates into CRM rules: consent, sender identification, unsubscribe, access and deletion rights. It is operational work inside the account; it does not replace legal advice.
Do you write in both French and English?
Yes, and not through machine translation. Language preference is an explicit profile property, and flows carry two complete branches with their own subject lines, offers and fallback content.
Do you do paid or SEO?
No. Deliver focuses on email, SMS and push only. For paid and SEO we work with our parent company, Make Sense.
How long before we see results?
The core automations are live in six to eight weeks. The first revenue milestone lands between four and six months. Then we move to the next levers: advanced segmentation, SMS, web push.
Do you invoice in Canadian dollars?
Yes, in CAD, with applicable GST and QST, and calls run on Eastern Time.

We look at your setup live, identify the main blocker and put a number on what you are leaving on the table. Not a pitch. A diagnostic.
