Klaviyo agency · Montreal

Your Klaviyo account is running. It is not working.

Most accounts we take over have the right tools and the wrong rules: an abandoned cart chasing people who already came back, a list growing while deliverability falls, campaigns translated instead of designed for two markets. We take over the account, not the narrative.

We start with what costs, not with what shines

The audit covers three measurable things: what flows actually add once incremental value is separated from the revenue they merely attribute to themselves, what the list costs in deliverability, and what the segmentation prevents you from doing. You get a numbers-based read on the account and an ordered list of projects, not a best-practice checklist.

A bilingual program is designed, not translated

A Canadian address does not tell you which language to write in. We treat language preference as an explicit property, editable by the customer and initialised by a real signal, never inferred from a postal code. Flows then carry two complete branches, with their own subject lines, offers and fallback content, rather than a French send run through machine translation.

Two currencies, two catalogues, four time zones

The same profiles buy in Canadian or US dollars, ship from different warehouses and live from Vancouver to Halifax. We separate market, shipping country, currency, language and time zone before using any of them in a condition. Without that separation, a campaign sent at 9 a.m. in Montreal wakes Vancouver at 6 a.m. and quotes the wrong currency.

CASL and Law 25 become rules inside the account

Canadian anti-spam law requires consent, sender identification and an unsubscribe mechanism. Quebec Law 25 adds transparency, governance, and access and deletion rights. We turn the decisions your organisation validates into properties, lists, suppressions and logs you can actually operate in Klaviyo. This work is operational; it does not replace legal advice.

An office in Montreal, not a slot in a time zone

Scoping workshops happen on site: mapping the journey, opening up the available data, getting marketing, ecommerce and leadership in one room. Delivery stays hybrid, with production in Klaviyo, shared documentation and steering reviews. The Montreal office works with our Lille and Tournai offices on transatlantic programs, which keeps one brand from running two separate CRM architectures.

Frequently asked

Do you only work on Klaviyo?
Klaviyo is our main platform on Shopify. We also work on Braze, Brevo and Klaviyo SMS. If your current tool does the job, we will not recommend a migration: a poorly motivated migration costs three months of program.
How long before we see an effect?
Deliverability and segmentation fixes show up within weeks. A full flow rebuild is measured over a complete purchase cycle, which runs from six weeks on consumables to six months on high-ticket baskets.
Do you invoice in Canadian dollars?
Yes, in CAD, with applicable GST and QST. Calls run on Eastern Time.
